Customer Care @ the Census Tract and Neighborhood Level

MILWAUKEE PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION LLC Health Pulse Alliance (MPA LLC-HPA) presents events with collaborating partners to look at Urban Population Health Care in the city of Milwaukee and through a domestic and global lens to tract the "benchmarks" and growth of the NEW Affordable Health Care law in America.

MPA LLC-HPA GOAL creates a bandwidth of preparedness through discussion and strategic planning with Milwaukeeans.

MPA LLC 10-Neighborhoods DEMO model reports on needed changes and growth data.

MPA LLC-HPA promotes stewardship, entrepreneurship, citizenship and leadership of beneficiaries and encourages engagement of health care providers - hospitals, home facilities, doctors, nurses, specialists, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, suppliers, academic networks, health networks and government agencies, for better Urban Population health care and cost containment in Milwaukee.  

Data Gathering
Storytelling, coaching, care management and reporting on the credibility and practices of Urban population health care with private and public insurance carriers is paramount for driving up health care and down cost.

There are four (4) designated insurance companies in the WI Exchange for Milwaukee.  They are:

• Arise - formerly WPS Health Plan
• Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative (CGHC)
• CompCare Health Services Insurance Corporation (Anthem)
• Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin. 

Reporting

Reporting to Senate and House Committees, U.S.Treasury, Internal Revenue, Homeland Security, Community Development Financial Institutions and the US Justice Department in quarterly reports and monthly exchanges will help ensure a more factual Annual Report and discussion in October, 2014. CMS/Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is being looked at for best practices in customer care and fulfilling the Affordable Healthcare Law.

Improving our economy at the census tract and neighborhood level is primary in the overall implementation of EB-5 in the city of Milwaukee, therefore wraparound services that impact and connect to health care of visa recipients is also part of MPA LLC Health Pulse Alliance.
