Welcome to MPA LLC Pulse Alliance website, a recent addition to our Body of Work collection in progress.   We are bound by discipline, hope, high ideas, aspiration, due diligence and a deep sense of purpose.

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is one of America's growing channel development firms in north central America with urban engagement at the census tract and neighborhood level to grow residential, commercial and light industrial stakeholders.

We are based off the shores of Lake Michigan, one of America's Great Lakes, in the largest city of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.   Our "campus-for-work" covers 97 square miles, 15 districts, 170 neighborhoods and a population of over a half-million people.

About the Chair
In addition to chairing the board and strategists council, Ms. Glass is responsible for the management of the firm, creating and executing domestic and global strategies; spotlighting due diligence in the public square, grooming the hidden talent and vetted businesses; and, engagement of staff, customers, stakeholders, partners, collaborators, well-wishers, media and investors.

Ms. Glass sets the tone for the firm’s Code of Conduct and is the chief policy and decision maker.  Her commitment is to serve and represent leadership, citizenship and problem solving in the public square.  

Her passion is the development, growth and successes of her brain-child, All Hands on Deck, WE CAN, Initiative (2010-2020) - the Smart Growth Signature Initiative of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

MPA LLC’s Mission is to replace Enduring Concentrated Poverty in the City of Milwaukee by re-defining, re-branding and UN-trapping its majority population, African American, other People of Color and  the Work Challenged (represents un-, under-skilled; un-, under-employed; un-, under-financed neighborhood-level businesses; disabled; and re-entry - Re-entry represents those returning from WAR, INCARCERATION, HOMELESSNESS, boomerang employment, boomerang retirement and college-certificated-graduates unemployed).

Ms. Glass has an extensive background that spans 4 decades in quality of life and economic development reform for channel development leadership in neighborhood strategic planning - business association founder; Consultant Milwaukee Consolidation Plan - U.S. Department of HUD, Office of Community Planning and Development; Neighborhood Liaison - Milwaukee Super K-Mart project; 1st Main Street plan in Milwaukee - WI Department of Commerce; 1st Business Improvement District #32 plan; Consultant - HIGHWAY 141 Restoration Project – WI Department of Transportation; Neighborhood Business Representative - Evaluation of City of Milwaukee Edwards Feasibility Study; Neighborhood Business Representative - Evaluation of WI Department of Corrections development/ Chaney Correctional Center; 1st President of Parent Council - WI State Superintendent of Education John Benson administration.  An Educator - teacher and consultant.

Mother of Yvette Terease Flagg.

She is a graduate of Lane College and Candidate for MBA - Cardinal Stritch University.

She served as a member of Milwaukee County Ethics Board (2002-2004).

Ms. Glass is a Civil Rights Activist of the 1960's.

Web developer - written over 1500 blogs and an Exposé on Elected Officials in Milwaukee.
